Publisher

The www.otspi.org website presents the Open Trusted Service Provider Initiative (OTSPI), a planned association under the French law of 1 July 1901, currently being formed. Its draft statutes have not yet been put to the vote of the founding general meeting; the association has therefore not yet been declared and does not have legal personality.

Pending its formation, the website is published on a non-professional basis by Philippe Vienne, founding member of the initiative, who is also its publication director. In accordance with Article 6, III, 2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher's personal identification details have been provided to the hosting provider named below, from which they may be obtained under the conditions laid down by law.

Once formed and declared, the association will become the publisher of the website and this notice will be updated.

Hosting

Infomaniak Network SA, rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland — www.infomaniak.com. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission under the GDPR. Personal data

Data controller: Philippe Vienne, founding member of the OTSPI initiative, until the association is formed and takes over this role. Contact: contact@otspi.org.

This website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tool or tracker, and loads no resources from third-party services. Technical server logs (IP address, date, requested resource) are kept by the hosting provider solely for security and operational purposes.

Messages sent to contact@otspi.org are used only to reply to them and to follow up on exchanges with the OTSPI initiative. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, which you can exercise at the same address. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Manifesto signatures

Signatures of the manifesto are collected through a Framaforms form operated by the non-profit Framasoft (Lyon, France), acting as a processor. The data collected are first name, last name, e-mail address and, optionally, position and organisation.

• Purposes: recording signatures, publishing the list of signatories who have expressly consented to it, verifying a signature if in doubt and, on request, providing updates on the manifesto.
• Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
• E-mail addresses are never published. Names, positions and organisations are only published with the person's explicit consent.
• Retention period: for the duration of the signature campaign, then no more than two years after it closes; the public list is kept for as long as the manifesto is online, unless withdrawn.
• Withdrawing a signature and exercising your rights: contact@otspi.org.

Intellectual property and licences

The editorial content of the website is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) licence. The website's source code is published under the European Union Public Licence (EUPL 1.2).

The name “OTSPI” and its logo are the distinctive signs of the initiative. They may be reproduced to refer fairly to the project, excluding any use likely to suggest that a third-party service is operated or qualified by OTSPI.

Reporting a vulnerability

To report a security issue affecting this website or the code published by the project, write to contact@otspi.org or use the private reporting feature of the engine repository. Please do not disclose the vulnerability publicly until it has been fixed. Our contact details are also published in the security.txt file.
